1890 Jan 12 - Patient is a tall and good looking man, well built and in good health. No trace of delusions in his conversation, very quiet and reserved. Sleeps badly.

21 - Gives no trouble and seems to have but little wrong with him. 20 - Out working on farm and seems to be same in every way.
