Patient talks freely but his talk is obviously nonsensical and unconnected. He says he came from his house today to attend a singing practice which he says he attends regularly, he says he goes to his work daily and says he saw me a few days ago in Carnarvon, where he has not really been for 12 months. His son, John D. Parry, says they have great trouble with him at times at home - he frequently attacks his wife and sons - he threatens to murder his wife and on a recent occasion he threatened her with a big stone - he thinks he is in the Quarry at his work.
