Case Notes

1905 Nov 15 - This elderly man was admitted on Nov 9th in a very emaciated condition. He was in a state of excited Melancholia alternating with stupor and refusal of food.

It was a very acute case and had to be fed with the Tube once. After that he was got to take nourishment fairly well.

He was very restless and on the 12th he suddenly showed signs of Pneumonia and in his very weak state the Pneumonia developed very rapidly and he died on Nov 15th. No PM was allowed.
