Case Notes

1905 Nov 25 - A respectable looking woman of average height and build. Fairly nourished. Organs apparently sound. Brown hair, blue eyes. Since admission she has been orderly and given no trouble. She is very incoherent and rambling, unable to give an intelligible account of herself and calls everyone "Dear". She is incurable and probably useless and troublesome.

Dec 3 - Has quickly made herself at home. Hitherto easily manageable and well behaved.

1906 Jan 26 - Silly and childish but harmless. Cleanly and playful. Useless. May 25 - Patient has left for trial at home. She had showed improvement recently and was quite good tempered and manageable.

June 25 - Patient's renewal order relapsing today she has been Discharged "Relieved" June 25 1906.
