Case Notes

1905 Nov 25 - A diminutive well formed and nourished woman with dark brown hair and eyes. Pupils equal, react sluggishly to light. Her organs seem healthy but she is suffering from Paraplegia and cannot stand. She is also wet and dirty. She is quite demented and unable to understand the simplest question and does not know where she is. She is restless and rolls about on the floor. She also sleeps badly.

Dec 7 - Patient died today after about 3 days illness of Pneumonia.

She had steadily failed since admission and it was a pity she was brought from home in her condition.
