Destroyed and set fire to all her bedclothing. Imagines she is to be confined of a baby which is not true.

Physical/Mental State at Examination: Poor health and condition and suffers from headaches and flushings of the face. She commenced to have delusions at the time of the revival. Worried over a sister who has had 3 illegitimate children. Father and two brothers died of consumption.

Current Diagnosis: Delusional disorder (F22)

1920 Jan 27 (copy) - Suffering from Delusional Insanity.

She is 46 years of age and is firmly convinced that she has been pregnant for the past 5 years.

She states that the Rev. Luther Thomas is the father of the child and states that she is continually hearing him speaking to her, although she has no idea where he now is.

She denies some of the statements in the medical certificates and states she only destroyed some old rags which had belonged to her mother.

Feb 5 - The same.

15 - Very deluded, self absorbed, refuses to employ herself.

22 - No change .

Mar 24 - Deluded, indifferent.

Apr to Aug - No change.

Dec 23 (copy) - Suffering from delusional insanity.

States that she is pregnant and that she feels movement in the child. States that she has been pregnant for some years but cannot explain why the child has not been born. She states that she is daily expecting her confinement. Dull and depressed and self absorbed and very rarely speaks unless spoken to.

Mar 5 - Suffering from symptoms of Phthisis Pulmon. Removed to Huts.

Apr 2 - died.

Medications/Treatments: Treated for TB in "the Huts"
