He tells me that he has been appointed Verger of St Paul's Church (not true) and that he had taken things from Mr. Hepworth's Shop which shop he had not been to, but I find that he has been at several other shops making extensive purchases without paying. His wife, S R, Liberal Club, Colwyn Bay, says that for a week he has slept but little, getting up at 2 o'clock Sunday morning last and starting to paint the Billiard Room. He tells his wife that he was going to be a parson and his conversation altogether different, erratic etc.

1920 Feb 19 (copy) - He has clinical symptoms of GPI.

He is very talkative and has exalted ideas and delusions of wealth.

He states that he is about to become a retained clergyman and states that he never felt better in his life ever but feels depressed.

26 - No improvement in mental condition.

Mar 4 - Very talkative and familiar.

11, 21, Apr 6, July 1 - Notes indicate little change. Aug 17 - Died.
