He is dazed and refuses to speak. On times refuses his food. He has delusions. He has been suffering from Insomnia. Imagines his brother is being attacked by enemies. He is very strange in his demeanour towards his family. W O (brother), says he is very depressed and when pressed starts to cry. He imagines some persons slept in bed with him, although he was by himself. He is on times irresponsible and inclines to be violent. He has been watching him constantly for the last 8 days.
