Case Notes

1920 May 28 (copy) - Suffering from Imbecility with Epilepsy. A woman of very low intelligence and no education. Inclined to be noisy at times and has had one epileptic seizure since admission.

Memory for recent events is very poor.

June 5 - Quieter and better behaved.

12 - isq. Better health.

July 21 - Dull and stupid.

At times she has been noisy. Oct 18 - Unchanged.

1921 Jan - Stupid, indifferent.

Seizures are not numerous.

Apr 8 - Suffering from acute tonsillitis.

19 - A large quinzy developed which has now burst.

She swallows all the discharge.

11 - There are now symptoms of acute pneumonia.

12 - Patient is critically ill.

13 - Died.
