She refers incoherently to the Deity and constantly quotes pious expressions and hymns. (b) Miss M H (sister), of Egerton Road, Colwyn Bay, informed me that HH had walked out of the house this morning in her night gown and that she has been incoherent and under delusions for several days. 1920 June 7 - Rambling, incoherent, unable to give any account of herself.

10 (copy) - Suffering from Senile Insanity. Conversation is rambling and incoherent and she unable to give any connected account of herself. Very restless, wandering aimlessly about the airing court and constantly trying to undress herself.

19 - Died at 7.55 pm rather suddenly after suffering from acute pulm. Congestion for the previous three days.
