Police Sergeant W P Williams, Carnarvon Police Station, came to me 1 am this morning because Lloyd was violent and required a Constable to control him. The Police Sergeant, the step mother and sister all tell me Lloyd left his bedroom last night, went into others bedroom carrying a knife, assaulted his mother (step) and own sister and but for police arriving trouble might have been serious.

No previous brain trouble other than fits. One cousin (male) on father's side has been affected similarly. Patient's mother has been in the Asylum after childbirth. Patient is one of 17 children.
