Kate Owen, Matron, Llwyn View, Dolgelley, states that she has on several occasions attempted to assault her. She considers her dangerous to herself and to others. Case Notes

1920 Aug 13 (copy) - Suffering from Mania and is also mentally deficient.

A woman of low education.

Upon admission she was excited and noisy but since then has quietened down and is making herself useful.

In some of her statements she is simple and childish.

20 - Well conducted since admission and can employ herself a little in the ward.

Sept 19 - Now well conducted but simple in manner and conversation.

1921 Jan 4- Simple and childish. Fond of talking of religion. Apr to July - No change.

July 13 (copy) - Suffering from Imbecility.

Has been free from attacks of mania for some time but has occasional outbursts of temper.

Oct 3 - No further change.

1922 Jan to 1923 Jan - Notes record no significant change.

Apr - She has been noisy and impulsive lately and was removed from 5 to 7.

1924 Jan to 1926 Jan, July - No change.

1927 Feb- Died from Broncho pneumonia.
