I have attended this man for three months since he came from America. He is very restless at nights getting up, speaking to himself, walking about the house. He says his brother in law, Mr H, is Joe, and old mate of his. He is unsteady in his gait. His memory is exceedingly bad.
Mr H, his brother in law, says that he is rapidly getting worse, he found him early this morning downstairs taking his trousers off and quite at a loss as to where he was, and his trousers wet with urine.
Mrs H, his sister, says she found him quite lost. He calls her husband a very old friend on board ship.
